Here’s a few pages of our love story
Our first meet
He joined our team as an intern at my first job. I said ‘Hi’. It’s a simple word but that’s how love begins. I’m just kidding. It wasn’t love at first sight for us.
He was smart and simple and, it took us no time to become good friends.
One day, I playfully hacked into his mobile while he was sleeping on his work desk and changed his relationship status to ‘engaged’ on Facebook. He woke up shocked and once he knew that I was that Prankster, he challenged that he will hack my mobile and make me apologize for my prank. Oh, I sure underestimated his hacking abilities!
To my surprise, he had posted an apology to his timeline from my Facebook account the very next day. I was pretty impressed with this hacker.
We kept our lil mischiefs going on and with that our friendship got stronger.
How he proposed
A few months later, he took me out to introduce his girlfriend to me. While we waited for her, I got too curious and asked him to show her picture first. He looked for it on his phone and gave it to me with the front camera on. At first, I thought it was a mistake and asked him again for the picture but he assured me I was looking at his girlfriend. I was so shocked that I immediately said No to his cheesy proposal.
But I couldn’t get the thought of him out of my head. The thought that he was my best friend, he knew me very well and I would probably never get to meet a guy like him again assured me he was the ONE. After being confused for a few months, I said YES! I fell in love with my Best Friend. Now I know, it’s the best decision ever.
Long distance

You know what they say, Distance makes heart grow fonder.
Soon he left to the US and as he was getting adjusted to new environment, we both had to work on the timezone differences. Even with our hectic schedules at his college and my workplace, we made sure we were there for each other at all ups and downs.
We used to wake up with Skype call and sleep with Skype call :-D Actually, it wasn’t as hard as we thought it would be. We never felt one of us isn’t giving enough time to others, there were no trust issues and no constraints in anything we did.
We had the freedom to be ourselves in this beautiful relationship.
With each day apart, our bond got stronger than ever and we decided to take it further and seal the deal ;)
Got Engaged On
We're waiting for the best
Finally, we convinced our parents and got engaged in a happy ceremony. we are so much thankful to our parents and siblings for understanding our feelings and accepting our love. Luckily, we both have the best parents and siblings, who gave our love story a happy beginning.
